About Julie

Counsellor

Hi, thank you for finding my website. I would like to invite you to explore the 'tabs in the menu' and if you have any questions please email me (see contact tab)

I have been fortunate over the past 20 years to work beside many families from my various child & family services roles in the Eurobodalla. This includes a background in public Community Mental Health as a mental health clinician in Child & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS), adult counselling and pregnant women and infants mental health (PIMH).

I am an accredited Mental Health Clinician.

I also have my own living experience of emotional trauma which motivated my long time interest in trauma studies/training and inspiring my career in working with children and families in an evidence based, holistic body and mind therapy that is also fun and playful.

It has been a long time vision of mine to offer a private practice based on my learning and experience of trauma and now offering a peaceful nature based setting that facilitates calming the nervous system which allows the natural ability of the brain to heal on a deep level from any past hurts and emotional wounds (psychological trauma).

See the 'Evidence-based practice'tab for further information.

I have lots of fur family on my farm and you may like to meet them whilst your visiting.

Hello I'm Ruby,

I'm available for pats when I'm not working on the farm.

My Mum is a red Kelpy and my Dad is a mini poodle. So you won't see any of my hair laying around which means people don't get the sniffles or sneezes around me.

If you're nervous to meet me, no worries just let Julie know and I can have a snooze in the big house whilst your visiting.
